We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the face of our salon and help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

● Greet clients with a warm, professional attitude.

● Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media inquiries.

● Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using our booking software.

● Check clients in and out, process payments, and issue receipts.

● Assist clients with service and product recommendations.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

● Help manage the daily appointment flow and communicate with stylists.

● Monitor salon inventory and notify management when supplies need restocking.

● Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

● Support the salon team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

● Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and POS systems.

● Professional appearance and positive attitude.

● Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience in a salon or beauty industry is a plus but not required.

Schedule
