Service Technician
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment and systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues
- Provide field service support at customer locations as required
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests and issues
- Maintain service records and documentation
- Deliver professional and responsive customer service
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
- Strong field service and customer service skills
- Background in general maintenance activities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the automotive or related technical industry is a plus
- Technical certification or diploma in a related field is preferred
