Overview The General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing basic manual labor tasks as directed by supervisors. - Location: Linden, New Jersey
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Awareness of workplace safety practices.
- Flexibility to perform different tasks as needed.
