Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable experienced General Handyman Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, installing, and repairing household and commercial issues like electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, roofing, garage doors, windows, flooring, tiles, etc with precision, quality, and professionalism .
Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot various household and commercial issues accurately.
• Perform installations, repairs, and replacements efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Take detailed pictures of each job, including clear photos of product labels and completed work .
• Prepare a thorough diagnosis report with recommended repair or replacement solutions and pricing estimates.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at job sites.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with customers, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Adhere to all scheduled appointments— punctuality and reliability are a must.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Handyman work - installation and repair (minimum 2 years).
• Strong understanding of various parts of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Must own a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel up to 50 miles for work.
• Possess all basic tools required for electrical repair and installation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Professional, well-behaved, and customer-focused attitude.
• Must be committed, punctual, hardworking, and maintain a positive reputation with clients.
