Full Training, Flexible Hours After Start

Location: Newark (in-person field work with travel in local area)

• Earn $1,200–$1,500 per week or more , with performance bonuses during your first 2 weeks— potentials of up to $500/day during that period.

• Guaranteed $150 on Day One , paid training to get up to speed.

• Once training is over, you’ll have flexibility to set your own schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Represent a leading energy marketing company in the field, helping residential and commercial customers secure better electric/gas rates.

• Get hands-on leadership & mentorship during onboarding: you’ll be paired with an experienced field trainer.

• Deliver face-to-face service: knocking on doors, visiting businesses, or doing whatever in-person/local market outreach is required.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism, transparency, and reliability.

Training & Schedule

• Initial training period: Full support, structure, and guidance. Training hours will be scheduled from 10:00am-7:00pm to ensure you’re confident and equipped.

• After the training period ends: You choose your hours. Want to start earlier or work later? You’ll have that flexibility.

• Important: This is an in-person role. Travel within local Newark/metropolitan area is required. No remote work.
