Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Implementation Engineer with a strong track record and a genuine passion for technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our Customers, Partners and Technical teams with complex solution planning, execution and problem solving to win new business and cultivate existing relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer and partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploying and configuring enterprise software applications according to specific client requirements, including setting up the necessary infrastructure and ensuring proper integration with existing systems.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues related to software deployments, providing ongoing support to users, and optimizing system performance.
- Working closely with Profession Services Architects, project managers, Sales Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, and effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Developing training materials and providing user training, both remotely and on-site, to ensure users can effectively utilize the deployed software.
- Managing deployment timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Sharing their expertise with other team members, contributing to the development of best practices and architectural standards.
- Develop a strong understanding of the IE product and OEM offerings.
Qualifications:
- Several years career experience in Professional Services Deployment or Support roles.
- Proven track record planning, installing and configuring complex software and hardware enterprise solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with partners and customers.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Professional Service experience in the Primary Storage, Data Protection or Security industry is a bonus.
- S in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or comparable.
