CDL A Regional Truck Driver New Grads

Job Description:

18 Wheels USA is hiring both experienced CDL A Truck Drivers and recent graduates for our growing fleet. We are looking for professional, safety-conscious drivers to join our team. In this role, you will be operating out of our terminal and running routes primarily on the eastern seaboard. Enjoy consistent miles and excellent pay.

Position Details:

• Pay: $1400 - $1700 weekly

• Home Time: Weekly or Bi-Weekly

• Route: Regional

• Freight: Dry van no-touch

• Equipment: Brand New 2026 Cascadia Freightliner

• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO + 401K Match

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer combination in compliance with all DOT regulations.

• Transport freight efficiently and on schedule between customer locations.

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and operational.

• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner.

• Communicate professionally with dispatch, brokers, and customers.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A).

• Minimum 120h of training in CDL School, Experience not mandatory.

• No DUI/DWI or open container in last 5 years

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
