Territory: Long Beach Island, Manahawkin, Brigantine, Margate, Atlantic City, Ventnor, Longport & Ocean City Own. Lead. Grow. Almera Tech Services is offering an exceptional opportunity to own and grow a home technology business in the thriving South Jersey market. This established territory already includes strong builder relationships and steady recurring revenue providing a solid foundation from day one. We are seeking a franchisee who will focus on leadership, sales, and business growth not installations. This is a management and revenue-driving role designed for someone who wants ownership without wearing a tool belt. What Youll Do Manage and lead a team of technicians
Build and strengthen local builder and referral partnerships
Drive sales and grow recurring revenue
Oversee operations and customer experience
Expand market presence across the territory
Build long-term equity in your business What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or team leadership
