RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Total Joint Arthroplasty Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic services in the Toms River, New Jersey area, Community Medical Center. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a highly respected orthopedic team supported by a strong referral network, advanced surgical facilities, and a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
The selected surgeon will focus on primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, practicing within a well-established orthopedic program that emphasizes clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. This role also offers opportunities to contribute to the continued growth and advancement of orthopedic services within the region.
Our Southern New Jersey locations provide access to state-of-the-art operating rooms, advanced robotic and joint replacement technology, and comprehensive perioperative support, allowing surgeons to practice at the top of their license.

Candidate Requirements:
- BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty preferred.
- Seven or more years of experience
- New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure.
- Interest in clinical research and quality outcomes
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.

NJ Pay Transparency:
The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $500,000 to $785,000 per year.
The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
