Hands-on experience in SQL Server administration and support (versions 2012 through latest).

Familiarity with SQL Server migration processes and tools (e.g., Data Migration Assistant, backup/restore, alwayson, or log shipping).

Proficiency in T-SQL and scripting for automation.

Working knowledge of SQL Server features like jobs, indexes, users/roles, and performance plans.

Experience supporting on-premises and/or hybrid environments.

Strong understanding of SQL Server tools: SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Profiler.

Hands-on experience with database migration tools and techniques (e.g., Data Migration Assistant, Backup/Restore, Log Shipping, Always On, etc.)
