We are currently seeking a Data Center Ops to join our team in Mahwah, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities:

The Datacenter Hardware team is responsible for swapping failed server components such as DIMMS, Power supplies, Array controllers, Hard drives, etc. Will also be responsible for Vendor Escorts, Server installations, Server decommissioning and Vendor dispatching. Candidate will work trouble tickets and create work orders for repairs. This position is based on a 4x10 workday. Candidate must possess working knowledge of server components, and be willing to work any shift. (Day, twilight, overnight and weekends.)

**This position is located at a 24/7/365 data center and will work 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule - 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next week. Current position is for the night shift.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working in a data center doing hardware support.
