Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant at QP Group will play a key role in supporting the organization with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team by handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination.
- Handling general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Collaborating with team members on special projects as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Desired Experience:
- 2-6 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $25.5 per hour.
- Maximum Salary: $28.5 per hour.
- Currency: USD.
