Manufacturing Operations Machine Specialist

Every product leaving our Totowa, NJ facility reflects precision, safety, and teamwork. As a Manufacturing Operations Machine Specialist, you will be central to that promise—operating sophisticated equipment, safeguarding quality, and keeping production on track.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Own the operation of diverse manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe, consistent, high-quality output.
- Observe performance trends, verify measurements, and adjust machine parameters to stay within spec.
- Perform routine care and troubleshooting to prevent and resolve equipment issues.
- Capture accurate production data and escalate any deviations quickly to leadership.
- Work closely with teammates to achieve daily targets and on-time delivery.
- Model safety by following procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
- Help elevate the team by training new operators on equipment use and safety standards.
Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework in machine operation is advantageous.
- Prior experience running production machinery or equivalent industrial equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, diagrams, and machine manuals.
- Detail-oriented approach and unwavering commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime when required.
