About the role

The North America tax department at Reckitt is seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented tax professional to support US International income tax matters across planning, compliance, and provision. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in US international tax and the ability to collaborate across finance and tax teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare and review returns for U.S. international tax compliance, including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8990, 8992, and 1118.
  • Support the preparation and review of the international components of the quarterly and annual tax provision.
  • Support international tax planning initiatives, including analysis related to NCTI, Subpart F, FDDEI, BEAT, foreign tax credits, and cash repatriation strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with finance teams globally and assist with tax package collection.
  • Perform technical research and document conclusions on U.S. international tax laws, treaty benefits, and implications of legislative changes.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and accounting teams on international tax matters.
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to tax automation, efficiency, and the use of tax software tools.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, or MST preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in U.S. international tax
  • Working knowledge of U.S. international tax rules and compliance requirements
  • Experience with tax software (e.g., CorpTax) preferred
  • ERP experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

US salary ranges

USD $110,000.00 - $166,000.00
