What You'll Do
As a Remote Phone Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of our client acquisition strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Outbound Calling: Execute a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients, introducing PrideStaff's staffing and recruiting services.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and assess client needs to determine the best service fit.
Consultative Selling: Act as a consultant to prospective clients, articulating the value proposition of partnering with PrideStaff and how our solutions can address their specific hiring challenges.
Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM system to accurately track all sales activities, update lead statuses, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Goal Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Collaboration: Work closely with the local PrideStaff office teams to seamlessly transition qualified leads into client accounts.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and PrideStaff service offerings.
What You'll Bring
Experience: Proven success in a high-volume phone sales, inside sales, or telemarketing role (1+ year preferred). Experience in the staffing industry is a plus but not required.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive presentation skills.
Self-Motivation: A high degree of self-discipline, motivation, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard Microsoft Office applications. Must be comfortable learning and using new technology.
Home Office Setup: A dedicated, quiet, and professional home workspace with reliable high-speed internet and a clear phone connection.
