Seeking a highly qualified and experienced Contract Manager to join the Operations team.
Responsibilities include:
*Preparation of contracts in a timely manner.
*Confirmation of all contract terms including descriptions of customized services, guarantees and pricing.
*Implementing the standardization of contracts and integration of new business, when applicable.
*Tracking and communicating the status of contracts.
*Act as liaison with Legal, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Senior Management to ensure that contracts are accurate and comply with company requirements.
*High proficiency in Salesforce - reporting experience required
*Experience negotiating contracts and master service agreements a must.
*Online publisher or online advertising agency experience strongly preferred. Pharma and healthcare knowledge also preferable.
*Will consider junior candidates with exceptional skills and motivation.
*Must be very detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
*Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
*Must be responsible, accountable and result-driven.
*Excellent presentation and communication skills.
*Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree.
*3-5 years related contracts experience.
