We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Office Assistant / Lead Closer to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized in the office, confident on the phone, and knows how to turn leads into appointments. You’ll be the person helping keep daily operations running smoothly while following up with incoming leads, building trust with customers, and helping close business.
What you’ll do:
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
• Follow up with new and existing leads quickly
• Schedule appointments and keep calendars organized
• Help manage paperwork, files, and office tasks
• Communicate with customers professionally and confidently
• Support the team by helping turn opportunities into sales
What we’re looking for:
• High energy and strong people skills
• Confident communicator who is not afraid to ask for the sale
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Office/admin experience is a plus
• Sales or lead closing experience is a big plus
