WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead & mentor an installation team
• Ensure top-quality, efficient, & safe installations
• Troubleshoot issues & keep projects on schedule
• Work hands-on alongside your crew

You'll typically work from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or until the job is complete. Overtime opportunities are also available!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• HVAC installation experience with a passion for mentoring
• Ability to work hands-on in the field while overseeing projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Clean driving record

Prior supervisory experience in the heating and air conditioning industry is a plus!
