Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments at each visit, tracking vital signs and overall health status.

• Administer prescribed medications and perform wound care as directed by the physician.

• Provide palliative care to enhance patient comfort.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on proper home healthcare techniques.

• Assist with medical devices such as suprapubic tubes, colostomy bags, and trach/vent care.

• Document patient progress using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

✔ Active RN License in the state
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
✔ Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
✔ Reliable transportation for patient visits
✔ Strong communication, compassion, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently while following care plans

Schedule & Location:

• Tuesdays: 11 AM – 7 PM in Point Pleasant, NJ

• Saturdays: 3 PM – 11 PM in Point Pleasant, NJ

• Additional Per Diem Positions Available – Flexible Hours
