Description

The Medical Education Equipment Coordinator is responsible for managing the medical education product inventory, fulfilling internal and field-based requests for medical education materials, and providing logistical support for labs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all the dedicated Medical Education equipment and samples
• Maintain a well-organized Medical Education storage room
• Coordinate all requests for equipment and literature from the field sales representatives
• Maintain the Medical Education calendar (schedule equipment in the field, and follow-ups for return to corporate)
• Receive, review, and replenish equipment as it is returned to the corporate headquarters
• Coordinate shipping needs with the operations department for outbound shipments of all medical education equipment
• Coordinate, plan and order all relevant materials needed in the Medical Education department
• Provide onsite support during labs, including setup/teardown and materials management

Qualifications

• This employee is required to be detail oriented and possess good, written, and oral communication skills. They must also be capable and willing to handle medical equipment. Self-starter and team player who has the initiative, ability, and personal drive to manage a day-to-day calendar without direct guidance from supervisor.
• Ability to lift 50 to 60 pounds on a regular basis.

Skills

Competency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint. The ability to manage the Medical Education calendar and communicate via email, and phone with the sales representatives.
