Are you passionate about helping children build confidence? We are seeking energetic and motivated Gymnastics Instructors to lead engaging gymnastics classes, promote physical development, and create a positive learning environment for students of all ages. As a key member of our team, you will lead students through skill based lessons developing strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and confidence in a fun and safe setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your love for athletics, movement, and teaching into a rewarding role that makes a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging gymnastics classes for children, ensuring safety and fun at all times
• Teach basic gymnastics, tumbling, balance, coordination, and movement skills to students of varying experience levels
• Follow structured lesson plans that support skill progression and confidence
• Maintain a safe environment by supervising students, enforcing safety rules, and using proper spotting techniques
• Set up and take down stations and equipment safely and efficiently
• Foster a positive atmosphere that promotes respect, encouragement, teamwork, and personal growth
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, students, and parents
• Help maintain a clean and organized gym space

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in a childcare, camp, school, coaching, or activity based setting is preferred
• Experience in gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, tumbling, athletics, or related physical activities is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to instruct and encourage children effectively
• Positive attitude with the ability to create a fun, safe, and respectful class environment
• Comfortable actively participating in physical instruction
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, energetic, enthusiastic, and open to learning new skills
• Passion for helping children build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old

We offer Same Day Pay via Clair. Pay is $17 to $21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
