About the Position
A well-established, high-performing dental group practice in Manahawkin, New Jersey is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join their collaborative and patient-focused team.
The practice is a thriving, multi-doctor office with a long-standing reputation in the community for providing comprehensive, high-quality care to a loyal and growing patient base. They maintain an active roster of approximately 2,400 patients , with an excellent 95% collection rate and an annual production exceeding $3.5 million . The patient mix is approximately 70% fee-for-service and 30% PPO , reflecting a strong commitment to personalized and relationship-based dentistry.
This position is available due to the departure of a current provider. The incoming doctor will benefit from a well-managed clinical environment, a supportive administrative team, and access to state-of-the-art technology.
Additionally, the practice is affiliated with a reputable multi-state dental management organization known for supporting clinicians through operational excellence, continuing education opportunities, and practice growth resources — all while allowing each office to maintain its local identity and clinical autonomy.

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Compensation: $250,000 – $350,000 (commensurate with experience and production)
