Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Granite & Quartz Slab Handling

Location: Somerset NJ
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $30 - $40 per hour depending on experience

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate with a minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in loading and unloading granite and quartz slabs. The ideal candidate must be skilled in operating forklifts safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload granite and quartz slabs from containers using appropriate equipment

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling machinery safely and in accordance with OSHA standards.

• Ensure slabs are handled with care to prevent damage

• Assist with general warehouse duties, including inventory organization and site cleanliness

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Open to work Saturday.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience handling granite and quartz slabs

• Valid forklift certification and proven safe driving record

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment

• Attention to detail and strong awareness of safety practices

• Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred:

• Experience in a stone or countertop distribution warehouse

• Familiarity with slab handling equipment like A-frames and boom attachments
