Part-Time Hybrid Housekeeper / Front Desk Agent

Position Summary:

Delco Development is seeking a reliable, customer-focused team member to serve in a dual-role capacity as both a Housekeeper and Front Desk Agent at Hampton Inn Pennsville. This hybrid position plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by maintaining clean, comfortable guest rooms and providing outstanding service at the front desk.

The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment while delivering exceptional guest service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Housekeeping Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to Hampton Inn brand standards.

• Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities.

• Clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize surfaces.

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas as assigned.

• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.

• Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas remain organized and stocked.

• Follow all hotel safety and sanitation procedures.

Front Desk Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management systems.

• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.

• Process reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.

• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily balancing procedures.

• Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and hotel information.

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel, housekeeping, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software systems.

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds.

• Ability to remain active for extended periods.

• Capability to perform cleaning duties throughout the hotel.
