The Salvage Representative is responsible for accurately answering salvage inquiries in a prompt time. Aiding, processing invoices and payments all while providing superior customer service.

NJM Insurance Group has a Salvage Representative position available in their West Trenton, NJ location. The Salvage Representative is responsible for accurately answering salvage inquiries in a prompt time. Aiding, processing invoices and payments all while providing superior customer service.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:45AM- 5PM (Full-Time; Hybrid)
Salary Range: $36,000 - $42,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience and credentials.
- Review accounts for accurate invoicing and payments to salvage vendors. Update salvage platforms. Transfer titles consistent with state regulations. Process corrections required by motor vehicle department. Update vendor date through various platforms.
- Provide quality assistance and customer service in a professional and timely manner. Communicate with other departments to obtain pending salvage documents. Accurately answer salvage inquiries.
