As a Sr. Marketing Manager youll drive growth and innovation in emerging categories like Confectionery Nutrition and Private Label. Lead strategic marketing initiatives collaborate across teams and make a real impact in fast-evolving markets.

Following the recent repositioning of our US/Canada Marketing team as a proactive growth engine enabling strategic planning innovation and consistent brand experiences this is your chance to make a measurable impact operate with autonomy and champion innovation in a high-visibility role.

What you will do:

Strategic Leadership & Category Development

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for emerging categories and channels.

  • Align growth plans with global and regional objectives.

  • Advise senior leadership and drive business growth through market analysis and innovation.

  • Guide budget planning and recommend profitability improvements.

Channel & Customer Engagement

  • Lead channel strategy for Food Service and Distribution.

  • Build plans to expand Private Label.

  • Support sales by identifying target customers and tracking key account engagement.

  • Participate in customer meetings to inform solutions and drive conversion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation

  • Partner with Sales R&D and Commercial teams to launch products and deliver channel solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for cohesive go-to-market strategies.

  • Represent marketing in strategic forums and cross-functional meetings.

  • Develop sales tools and train teams on portfolio and category trends.

Market Intelligence & Value Proposition

  • Analyze market and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

  • Consolidate customer insights to guide innovation and business cases.

  • Develop compelling value propositions for product launches.

  • Maintain local market knowledge to support business development.

Healthful Solutions & Strategic Priorities

  • Lead marketing initiatives for Healthful Solutions focusing on wellness and nutrition trends.

  • Execute solution-based marketing strategies and uphold Marketing Excellence standards.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Food Science/Technology Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)

  • Proven experience in B2B Food Ingredient Marketing

  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives

  • Ability to operate autonomously and launch impactful projects

  • Expertise in strategic marketing planning product launches and value proposition development

  • Skilled storyteller able to create insight-driven concepts and presentations

  • Strong business acumen for financial analysis and growth planning

  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable tactics

  • Experience developing sales tools and supporting tactics

  • International work experience

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Strong project management and presentation skills

Pay Range:

$144640.00-$192853.33 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
