How do you excel in this position
The Construction Project Manager II is responsible for planning managing and supervising the execution of construction projects while balancing budget quality and schedule. This role is deployed on multiple projects whose project duration extends 3 to 12 months include multiple subcontractors and multiple disciplines scope of work.
What are we looking for:
- Associates degree a field related to construction (i.e. engineering architecture) or equivalent related work experience required. Bachelors degree preferred.
- 5 years of progressive experience in a role performing project management job functions for construction projects required. This role requires applicable experience in building infrastructure and/or energy reduction initiatives.
- Additional certifications (i.e. CEM LEED AP EIT or PE) also a plus.
- Proficient with planning scheduling and coordinating detailed phases of projects.
- Proficient with time management to follow the various detailed phases of projects.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office. CAD experience a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to think quickly to resolve problems in real time are essential in this position and organizational skills and close attention to detail are also important.

The advertised compensation range for this position represents what we believe at the time of posting to be competitive and acceptable by reviewing comprehensive market data to include industry and roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the range wage will be determined by several factors including candidate knowledge job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
