The Opportunity

We’re looking for a high-performing Warehouse Associate with natural leadership ability to support our 2nd Shift operations in Bellmawr, NJ.

This is not a manager role , but it is a step above a standard associate—ideal for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and can help guide the team alongside the 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pick, pull, and stage orders accurately and efficiently
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or discrepancies
• ✅ Verify orders and ensure accuracy of pick lists and shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow and reinforce company safety standards and procedures
• Support the 2nd Shift Manager in coordinating workflow and priorities
• Help guide team members, answer questions, and keep operations moving
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and processes

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Forklift experience preferred (in-house certification provided)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong team player with a lead-by-example mindset
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or informal leadership/lead role preferred
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to balance productivity with accuracy
• ️ Comfortable supporting team direction and communicating with leadership

Salary Range: $20-$23/hr
The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
