E-Commerce Manager
The Muttly Crew LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
- Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize product assortment and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design and implement digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media advertising.
- Ensure a user-friendly and seamless shopping experience by working with the IT and UX teams on website functionality and performance improvements.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels in coordination with supply chain and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online purchases to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role, preferably within the retail or pet product industry.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques including Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and customer insights to make informed decisions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
