- Greet and admit patients arriving for exams, which includes pulling and reviewing relevant patient files and obtaining new patient information.
- Review and scan appropriate documents.
- Answer phone calls and schedule them for appropriate exams.
- Mail or fax documents to the appropriate offices.
- Maintain excellent medical and correspondence records, as appropriate.
- 2 years experience as a medical secretary in a health related field
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
- Previous office experience desired
