In the role of Office Manager & Human Resource Assistant , you will be the operational backbone of our organization—ensuring that our office environment, administrative processes, and HR support functions run seamlessly day in and day out.
You will play a critical role in maintaining a professional, organized, and highly functional workplace, supporting leadership and staff while upholding company policies, procedures, and standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
· Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and professionalism
· Ensure the breakroom is consistently orderly, clean, and fully stocked
· Manage office supplies inventory , ordering, and vendor coordination
· Must have reliable transportation and be willing to handle weekly grocery shopping and office-related errands
· Assist with planning and execution of office events and special occasions
· Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams
· Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
· Support HR processes, policies, and compliance efforts
· Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and internal communications
· Help ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
· Follow established systems and processes with precision and consistency
· Double-check work to ensure accuracy and high-quality output
· Support internal operations with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
· Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED:
· 3–5+ years of experience in office administration, HR support, or similar role
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured environment
· College degree preferred

SCHEDULE & FLEXIBILITY:
This is an on-site role in Oakland, NJ .
This position requires a high degree of flexibility. Candidates must be willing to adjust work hours as needed , including working beyond 40 hours per week when business demands require it , supporting special events, extended hours, and changing priorities .
