About Our Practice
Join our private dental practice where we pride ourselves on a warm, family-like environment. We are a established office with a loyal patient base and a long-term staff that feels like family. We are looking for a dedicated team player to be the face of our practice and help us continue providing exceptional care.
The Role
This position is Full-Time . We offer flexible hours and are located in a convenient area with easy access.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Concierge: Greet our loyal patients warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle all phone and email inquiries with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and optimize the daily schedule for doctors and hygienists to ensure a smooth patient flow.
- Insurance Coordination: Verify dental insurance benefits, submit and track claims, and explain coverage clearly to patients.
- Treatment Planning: Assist patients in understanding their recommended dental procedures and discussing financial options or co-pays.
- Office Support: Maintain accurate digital patient records (HIPAA compliant) and assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
- Experience: Previous experience in a dental office is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and various insurance plans.
- Customer Service: A natural "people person" with outstanding communication skills and a patient-first attitude.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in dental practice management software Open Dental is a plus.
