The Hospital
This purpose-built, modern veterinary hospital provides extended-hours urgent care for dogs and cats seven days a week while actively expanding into comprehensive general practice services.
Current services include:
Walk-in urgent care consultations
Treatment of non-life-threatening emergencies
Medical diagnostics
Outpatient procedures
Companion animal medicine
Extended opening hours
Compassionate client-focused care

As Medical Director, you'll have genuine influence over the clinical direction of the practice as it evolves into a full-service veterinary hospital.
The Role
Working closely with the Hospital Administrator and leadership team, you'll:
Lead the clinical team
Mentor and support associate veterinarians
Develop medical protocols
Drive hospital growth
Maintain exceptional standards of medicine
Build a collaborative team culture
Support recruitment and professional development
Help oversee the transition into a combined urgent care and general practice model
This role is ideal for a veterinarian with urgent care or emergency experience who enjoys leadership, mentoring and developing high-performing clinical teams.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $165,000-$185,000
Quarterly production bonuses
