The Benefits Specialist is responsible for administering and supporting employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment, compliance, and employee support. This role manages day-to-day benefits operations, coordinates with vendors and carriers, maintains benefits records, and assists employees with benefits-related questions and issues. The Benefits Specialist helps ensure programs are delivered effectively and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
