Tradition Ford in Newark is seeking a skilled and motivated A or B Level Technician to join our busy Ford service department . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in quality work, efficiency, and being part of a professional, team-oriented shop.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles accurately and efficiently
Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to Ford standards
Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Stay current with Ford training, technology, and repair procedures
