As our loan volume continues to expand, we’re looking for a highly skilled Experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team and help deliver smooth, timely, and compliant loan experiences.________________________________________ Position Overview The Experienced Loan Processor will manage residential mortgage files from submission to closing. You will collaborate closely with our loan officers, underwriters, title partners, and borrowers to ensure files are accurate, complete, and handled with professionalism. This is a great opportunity to grow with a brokerage that values efficiency, communication, and customer success.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy Collect, verify, and analyze borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, liabilities) Submit files to underwriting and manage all conditions until final approval Order and track appraisals, VOEs, title work, HOI, and other required documents Maintain regular communication with borrowers, loan officers, and third-party partners Ensure all files meet federal, state, investor, and company compliance standards Maintain detailed notes and accurate updates within the LOS Prepare files for closing and coordinate final steps with all parties ________________________________________ Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on mortgage loan processing experience (broker channel preferred) Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan products Experience with LOS systems (Calyx or Sphere preferred but not required) Excellent communication and customer-service skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active files Thorough understanding of TRID, disclosures, and compliance requirements ________________________________________ What Gandecha Mortgage Offers Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based bonuses Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding brokerage Flexible/hybrid or remote work options ________________________________________ How to Apply Please send your resume to rupal gandechamortgage.com with the subject line:“Experienced Loan Processor – Gandecha Mortgage”
