Multiple Positions Available: (full-time and part-time) Receptionist- Responsible for fielding incoming correspondence
- A high volume of incoming phone calls will be answered and transferred to various departments
- A high volume of incoming emails will be responded to and/or forwarded to various departments
- Candidate may also be expected to assist in miscellaneous clerical work
Scheduler
- Responsible for Calendar Management
- Scheduling and Editing a high volume of appointments
- Coordinating with the Service Manager
- In-house and Customer Correspondence
- Candidate may also be expected to assist in miscellaneous clerical work
Retail Associate
- Responsible for maintaining and managing our small retail store
- Meet and Greet Customers
- Assisting customers to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience
- Water Testing
- Checking in customers who are here for a meeting with various department managers
- Candidate may also be expected to assist in miscellaneous clerical work
Administrative Assistant
- Assisting the Owner, Paul Sherman, with the management of multiple businesses
- Calendar Management
- Professional Correspondence
- Data Entry
- Maintaining Inboxes (phone calls, voicemails, and emails)
