2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Bernardsville, New Jersey is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a 2nd assistant to join the Greens Department. While living on the course, assistants will convey the standards associated with working at a high end club in a fun and fast paced environment. A focus on education gives assistants an opportunity to grow significantly in both turfgrass management and network building. Weekly “turf talks” act as an open discussion on a relevant topic. This is a role designed to further careers and help people understand the “why” behind decisions. Regardless of an employee’s title, all members of the SHCC turf team are considered “Superintendents-in-training.” We collectively work towards one main goal, providing playing conditions that can compete with anyone!
Requirements
Degree or certificate from a Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related program.
Compensation
$58,000 per year.
