We are seeking a dedicated Aseptic Technician to join our team. This role involves executing and overseeing the environmental monitoring program during compounding, equipment preparation, and filling operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and quality standards while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
• Execute and oversee the environmental monitoring program during compounding, equipment preparation, and filling operations.
• Emphasize training and implement control systems to eliminate environmental monitoring discrepancies.
• Support and emphasize the Safety and Quality commitments of the department.
• Drive operational excellence and execution in regulatory compliance, cost reduction, and task execution.

Essential Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in production, packaging, cleanroom, and general production.
• Understanding of urgency, packing, inspection, and machine operation.
• Demonstrated high-level understanding and proficiency in aseptic techniques.
• Ability to execute and optimize the environmental monitoring program in operations.
• High level of written and non-written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and analyze statistical information.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma.
• Preferred qualification: 5 years of experience in aseptic manufacturing and environmental monitoring.
• Independent worker with an understanding of urgency.

Work Environment

The work environment has a moderate noise level. Hearing protection is provided and may be required at times. The position offers significant growth expected over the next 6-12 months.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of NA, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
