What You'll Do:
- Organize, direct, plan, and evaluate quality of personal care services in assisted living setting
- Oversee medication management and CMA delegation in compliance with state guidelines
- Coordinate resident care needs, including assessments, service plans, and care team communication
- Lead hiring, scheduling, and development of Assisted Living staff in partnership with leadership
- Investigate and review resident and staff incident reports implement timely corrective actions to support quality care
- Promote and maintain a safe, compliant environment for residents and staff
- Oversee purchasing and inventory of supplies, equipment, and medications
- Maintain compliance of applicable state laws and regulations
- Promote collaboration, communication, and teamwork across departments
What You'll Need:
- Current and active New Jersey RN license
- Possess Assisted Living certification or eligible to complete and pass next available course
- Current Department of Health-approved Community trainer/instructor course for medication administration, or to be completed within 6 months of hire
- 4+ years of nursing experience required; supervisory/leadership experience preferred
- Previous knowledge and experience with electronic medical records
