Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized Administrative Office Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations, maintaining office efficiency, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping and communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office files.
  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, database updates, and document management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
