What You’ll Do:
As our Maintenance Director , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. This hands-on position involves:
Overseeing daily maintenance and repairs.
Managing building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Performing routine inspections and ensuring safety compliance.
Responding promptly to emergencies when needed.

Experienced in building maintenance and repair for LTC environment.
Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
