Quality Supervisor CNC Manufacturing

Position Summary

Delva Tool & Machine(DTM) is seeking a Quality Supervisor for our Cinnaminson NJ location .The Quality Supervisor will ensure the products and all associated documentation are per requirements and standards as defined by our customers and our internal quality system. They will also perform timely and thorough inspections of products and documentation as required. This position works a schedule of Monday thru Fridayfrom 7:30am-4:00pm. The pay range for this role is between $70000 - $100000 per year depending on experience*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the Quality Management System.
• Creates and revises manufacturing documents specifications standard operating procedures (SOPs) safety instructions validation protocols risk assessment and procedures and other technical documents to ensure compliant efficient and safe procedures.
• Investigate customer complaints/returns.
• Initiatesand leads to resolution of quality incidents and CAPA.
• Manage CAR/PAR log.
• Leads implementation of new methods for continual improvement of quality and efficiency.

Experience Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in manufacturing or something similar is required.
• Minimum 4 years experiencein a production engineering role is required.
• Familiarity with general inspection equipment such as mics calipers gages comparator or vision systems.
• Ability to read and understand blueprintswith knowledge of GD&T.
• ISO9001 or AS9100 standards highly preferred.
• Aerospace and defense industry experience preferred.
• Six Sigma greenbelt or above preferred.
• CAD and drafting experience preferred.
