Our programs focus on chronic disease management, remote patient monitoring, care coordination, weight management, and population health solutions that drive measurable clinical and financial outcomes.
We are extending our success in healthcare delivery to employers seeking better outcomes and lower healthcare spend.
Before You ApplyThis role is for hunters.
Success at RPM Healthcare requires someone who is comfortable creating opportunities, opening doors, building executive relationships, and developing business from scratch.
Because communication is such an important part of this role, every applicant must complete a brief voicemail challenge before being considered.
Think of it as your first sales call.
No scripts. No perfect answers. We simply want to hear how you communicate, how you think on your feet, and how you present yourself.
The strongest candidates usually enjoy this part.
The RoleThis is a pure hunter role.
You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new partnerships with self-insured employers, benefits consultants, brokers, TPAs, and employer coalitions.
You will engage directly with CFOs, CHROs, Benefits Leaders, Total Rewards Executives, and senior leadership teams responsible for healthcare strategy and spend.

- Existing relationships with Benefits Leaders, CHROs, CFOs, brokers, consultants, TPAs, or employer coalitions
- Proven experience selling solutions that impact healthcare costs, employee health, wellness, population health, care management, digital health, navigation, benefits, or employer healthcare strategies
- Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing your own business
- Strong hunter mentality with a bias toward action and accountability
- Experience navigating long and complex sales cycles
- Strong communication skills and executive presence

This role is for someone who wants to own revenue, build strategic relationships, create opportunities, and help employers improve health outcomes while reducing healthcare costs.
