FirstLight Home Care of Monmouth County is dedicated to providing exceptional non-medical home care services to seniors, individuals recovering from illness, and those with disabilities. We are looking for a proactive, compassionate, and organized Field Supervisor to join our leadership team.

Position Summary:

The Field Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining high-quality care standards in the field. This position is responsible for starting new cases, performing client assessments and caregiver introductions, and providing field coverage for caregiver call-outs or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce caregivers to clients and ensure a smooth transition of care
• Provide hands-on coverage for caregiver call-outs or emergencies (may include evenings or weekends)
• Monitor caregiver performance and provide real-time coaching or support
• Maintain accurate documentation of client visits, caregiver updates, and incident reports
• Communicate regularly with the office team to update on client status and field issues
• Assist with training and mentoring new caregivers in the field

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in home care, healthcare, or caregiving supervision required
• CHHA license
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Must be organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability, including the ability to respond to last-minute needs
