We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
• Stock shelves and ensure product displays are appealing and well-maintained.
• Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette when answering customer calls.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age (legal requirement for handling alcohol)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Previous retail experience preferred
