As a Market and Product Expansion Manager -Commercialization in Liquidity & Account Solutions, you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of products. As a core contributor of the team, you align the needs of clients in the market, as well as the price and position of our products.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to support commercialization efforts and tailor solutions to market needs
- Define and refine product concepts, value propositions, and target client segments
- Lead go-to-market execution, including marketing campaigns aligned with industry, regional, and regulatory considerations
- Conduct market research and pricing analysis to inform product enhancements, positioning, and competitive strategy
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment, execution, and adherence to regulatory standards
- Communicate regulatory requirements and advise on appropriate frameworks, tools, and methodologies to ensure product compliance
- Build sales enablement tools, training, and resources to drive effective product promotion
Collaborate across global and regional stakeholders to support business growth and local market adaptation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience in Product, Technology, Project Management, or commercialization/strategy roles
- Strong communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally across all levels
- Solid understanding of risk management, governance, and regional regulatory requirements, including interpreting market regulations to drive approvals and readiness
- Knowledge of Payments products and business landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; background in communications, marketing, or consulting preferred
