A Hueman client is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to support their HR Operations team on a 6-month contract.
This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days on site required.
People Business Partner contractor
· Provides interim People Business Partner support, applying business insight and data to advise leaders, coach managers, and support effective people and organizational decisions.
· Executes key talent lifecycle activities for assigned client groups, including recruitment support, talent assessments, performance cycles, and development initiatives.
· Supports leaders and teams through change, issue resolution, and organizational effectiveness efforts to improve communication, collaboration, and performance.
· Delivers consistent People policy guidance, timely feedback, and actively reinforces the organization’s desired culture and behaviors during the contract period.
· Applies project management discipline and collaborates with stakeholders to advance process improvements and ensure continuity of People initiatives.
Education/Certification Requirements:
· BA/BS degree in business related discipline, or the equivalent.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· 5+ years well rounded HR Generalist experience, 2+ years’ experience serving in a Business Partner capacity. At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
· Demonstrates strength in learning agility and the ability to manage ambiguity.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at conflict resolution, successful at working with and coaching multiple levels of the organization..
· Strong Microsoft Office 365 applications (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Preferred working knowledge in Dayforce, Workday and or other HR technology.
