Murachanian is seeking an experienced Attorney to join our growing team in Brick, NJ and with a potential expansion to Southern Monmouth County, NJ . You'll handle a dynamic mix of real estate transactions, estate planning, business law, and litigation while being supported by a knowledgeable, collaborative team.

What You'll Do

• Draft wills, trusts, estate plans, powers of attorney, and advance directives
• Manage real estate closings, probate matters, and estate administration
• Counsel clients on business formation, contracts, and small business needs
• Handle litigation including filings, hearings, negotiations, and courtroom appearances
• Conduct legal research; prepare motions, briefs, and memoranda
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case strategy and client development

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor with active NJ Bar license in good standing
• 3-7+ years of experience in estate planning, wills, probate, business law, and/or litigation
• Strong drafting, research, and written/verbal communication skills
• Proven courtroom presence and litigation capability
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Real estate transaction experience a plus, not required
