We are looking for an Account Executive to help expand the presence within a client of ours in the legal services industry. As an established entity specializing in registered agent services, UCC, and due diligence searches for transactions and deals, they operate in collaboration with state Secretary of State offices to ensure organizations maintain compliance and good standing in the states where they conduct business. Their clientele includes both corporate legal departments and law firms.

The Lending Account Executive will focus primarily on selling to regional banks within an Eastern US territory - everything East of the Mississippi River. This region presents a significant entrepreneurial opportunity for the right candidate. While the role comes with a foundational business to nurture, there is substantial potential for a proactive sales professional to cultivate a robust portfolio, offering long-term benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a strategic sales approach targeting law firms in the assigned region.

- Introduce and promote the suite of services provided by our organization, emphasizing the value proposition for potential clients.

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within law firms.

- Leverage industry knowledge and experience to effectively communicate the benefits of our services.

- Actively contribute to the growth and success of the sales team.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years proven sales experience within the legal industry, with a preference for candidates familiar with registered agent/UCC search and filing services.

- Alternatively, candidates with a background in selling legal service solutions to law firms will be considered.

- Demonstrated hunter sales mentality with a track record of success in adapting to new industries.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation:

- Base salary of $75,000 with a Variable Compensation (VC) plan, targeting an additional $75,000, resulting in an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000
